Identification and evaluation of websites of harm reduction interventions targeting illicit drug users in the Czech Republic

The thesis describes the course and results of the research into the field of Harm Reduction (HR) through the internet websites in the Czech language. Nowadays the internet forms an inseparable part of most people's lives from all social classes. This fact is reflected in the interests of both service providers for drug users and laymen interested in drug issues. Unfortunately, according to current research we do not know much about what information and in which quality and range can people find about drug Harm reduction on the internet. Therefore, the aim of this thesis was to identify and evaluate internet websites in the field of harm reduction intervention focused on the users of illegal drugs in the Czech Republic. Internet websites were evaluated not only with respect to the contents and range of the information provided but also with respect to topicality, functionality and objectivity. What was found were 13 Czech complex websites, 7 professional HR organisations and also 6 non-professional HR websites. The websites of professional organisations in most cases fulfilled the essential criteria of authority, objectivity and topicality. Establishing, maintaining and developing the quality management system CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in education

The presented work deals with the quality of education and elaborates upon the implementation of system of quality management ISO 9001 as one of the ways of possible improvement of a process and outcomes of education. Introduction included in the theoretical part is focused on explanation of the concepts of education quality, quality management, quality of a school, quality standards, quality control and quality management models. The subsequent part of the work contains implementation of a quality management system. The following chapter deals with process management as a means of maintaining quality management system. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes cloud computing as the latest and most progressive path of development of quality management. The object of the research is to develop a model of implementation of the quality management system. Actual implementation model build on a previous qualitative research conducted in several schools, performed in a form of a case study. In the appendix part, a number of actual documents are attached in order to better convey the implementation process. The article deals with a document on architecture and building culture, describes and explores the existing nationwide document/strategy Architecture and Building Culture Policy of the Czech Republic. At the same time, it describes the documents that were created in 2020 as a starting point for updating this document in cooperation with the Czech Chamber of Architects, the Czech Chamber of Authorized Technicians Active in Construction and the Association for Urban Planning and Regional Planning of the Czech Republic. In addition, it acquaints with the European context of architecture evaluation for everyone as part of the built environment. The aim is to present this document, the path of its development and plans in the current update.

Development of pedagogical staff in relation to trends in secondary school management

The subject of the diploma thesis entitled Development of pedagogical staff in relation to trends in the management of secondary schools is the analysis of approaches in terms of national strategy, but also in terms of secondary schools themselves. The theoretical part presents the educational policy and educational system in the Czech Republic, the legislative concept and definition of education and a description of the control body, which is the Czech School Inspectorate. The work also contains a theoretical basis and theoretical background of the issues focused on the strategic management of human resources in general, but also in the concept of secondary education. The starting point of the research is the approach to strategic management of human resources in the field of education of teachers at secondary schools according to conceptual documents focusing on the quality of education and development of teachers in the Czech Republic and the use of funds offered by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Documents and approaches related to the strategy of educational policy for the following period had examined, as well as the set quality criteria of secondary schools and grammar schools. The thesis concentrate on evaluation of tenders, especially on the quality criteria and Life-Cycle Costing. The process of evaluation is shown on some practical examples. The evaluation criteria in public procurement

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of legislation of evaluation criteria with its main focus on quality criteria taking account of decision practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition, case law of administrative courts and foreign and also domestic practice of awarding of the public contract. The diploma thesis is divided in five chapters, with each chapter being split in subchapters. The first chapter presents a brief overview of the public procurement legislation and intends to describe its basic aims and purposes. The second chapter focuses on legislation of quality criteria. The subject of the third chapter is the act of contracting authority prior to the launching of the procurement procedure and with it relating preliminary market consultation and award criteria. The fourth chapter deals with individual evaluation criteria including unnamed criteria and proposes the outline of the foreign practice of evaluation with the Best Value Procurement method. Furthermore, the chapter deals with the subjective award criteria in the light of the case of administrative courts and decision practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition. Quality School Evaluation by its Founder

The bachelor thesis Evaluation of school quality by its founder determines activities that are implemented at the level of regional education by founders of primary schools, mainly public schools, when assessing the quality of the schools. In the Czech Republic, the main authority for assessing of the quality conditions, progress and results of education is the Czech School Inspectorate. Its national competence is enshrined in Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on pre-primary, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education. The evaluation criteria for individual grades are approved by the Minister of Education each year. In 2009-2012, a national project called "The Way to Quality" took place. It helped schools to implement internal evaluation - self-evaluation. Recommended criteria for school evaluation for founders were one of the outputs of the project. A research study of the bachelor thesis showed that founders evaluate activities of the headmaster to determine his financial reward or sanction, for example. The evaluation criteria for the headmaster's activities are not publicly accessible, unlike the schools evaluation which must be published in advance as stated in the Education Act.
